Hi,

This time I just wanted to let you know that my photo 'Last and First Men 2' [link] has been commended in Digital Camera's Photographer of the Year 2008 competition(Urban Category). The commendation is a kind of consolation award, but apparently it still is something to be proud of, as the competition got a lot of entrants and around 120.000 photos were submitted. You can see the winners in the category here:

Now they will be holding an exhibition with the awarded photos in London in The Mall Galleries. [link] I won't be able to see it, but if you're from or planning to see London between 17 Feb and 28 Feb you are welcome to visit the exhibition, it is free. If anybody will be going to see it, please let me know and shoot some pics when you're there.

After a long period of not writing I come back. I would surely write more often if I got the subscription and could feature thumbs in my journal, so maybe I should consider getting it.

Just wanted to let you know about a project I've been working on, which, I think, is worth ckecking out. I took all my foggy pictures (some of them yet to be released) and selected I piece of ambient music to play along. I think this is the ultimate way to enjoy these pictures.
